Thompson Raisin
Thompson raisins are sweet and plump dried fruits produced from seedless green grapes. Their color gradually takes darker shades as they begin to dry and eventually turn dark brown when they are fully dried. These raisins are jampacked with minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber. They are also an excellent source of calory and healthy and organic sugar. They are often used in sweet baked goods such as cakes, muffins, and cookies or used in various kinds of oatmeal and other breakfast dishes.
General Description
This product is made from sufficiently ripe grapes. The raisins are washed and color sorted before packaging. The product is free from mold, decaying, and foreign objects. It’s free-flowing and not sticky, with a firm chewy texture, natural fresh aroma, and sweet taste.

Shelf-life and Storage Conditions
+Will be safe for 18 months stored at 8°C and for 12 months at 15°C in a dry and ventilated atmosphere away from sunlight. They should be stored away from any material with a strong odor or products that are easy to be infested.
