Dates are sweet brown fruits grown on date palm trees. They are found abundant in Middle Eastern countries such as Iran. Dates are a staple diet to the people of the region due to their innate composition of nutrients and many other healthy elements. Sayer dates are among the sweetest kinds of dates cultivated in Iran. They contain several minerals, including potassium, calcium, and iron; elements that have been proven to prevent bone-related diseases. Sayer dates are very versatile in use. They are often eaten out-of-hand, as an ingredient in several foods and deserts, or paired with other foods, such as almonds as a healthy filling snack.
General Description
Sayer dates are oval-shaped, dark brown dates with high amounts of natural sugar. They are considered semi-dry dates with a soft texture, thick flesh, and thin skin. Our Sayer dates are produced from high-quality ripe fruits. They are cleaned thoroughly to get rid of any foreign object or contamination such as mold and decay.

Shelf-life and Storage Conditions
+Will be safe for 18 months stored at 08°C and for 12 months at 15°C in a dry and ventilated atmosphere away from sunlight. They should be stored away from any material with a strong odor or products that are easy to be infested.
